How we grow your revenue.

Silver Leaf Agency is a United States marketing agency for businesses that sell by phone, form and appointment. Expert marketers run each account on software Silver Leaf built for them, checks run on every account daily, and every channel is reported in leads, calls, booked appointments and revenue.

Expert marketers run your account. Software we built handles the counting, checking and chasing, so their hours go to the work that brings in revenue. Here is the mechanism, told from your side of the portal.

Updated

01 — From your side Five things happen on every account, in this order. The daily checks are how we catch what would cost you revenue.
  1. You connect your accounts

Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, your Business Profile, your phone and form tracking, your website. Read access first. We look before we touch.

  2. Software checks everything, every day

Software we built runs the checks each morning, on every account, and finds the next thing worth doing.

    • Spend pacing
    • Lead volume
    • Conversion tracking
    • Ad approvals
    • Rankings
    • Call volume
  3. A recommendation the day it matters

Not at month end. The same day. It names the account, what changed, and what we recommend.

  4. A person decides and acts

Someone on your account reads the recommendation, decides, and acts. Software never changes your account on its own.

  5. You see both in the portal

The recommendation and the action, dated, next to the spend and the results. If the mistake was ours, you see that too.

02 — The portal Built by Silver Leaf. Comes with every engagement.

Your accounts on the left. What they add up to on the right.

Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Analytics, Search Console, your Business Profile and the tracker on your website connect to one workspace. From there you see spend, leads and revenue together, every inquiry traced to its click, site visits and replays, and campaigns across every platform.

When your business needs a view that doesn't exist, we build it. Every channel — paid, search, website, email, offline — reports in leads, calls, booked jobs and revenue.

03 — Who is on your account Expert marketers run every account. We built their platform.

The people

A named account lead who knows your numbers — what a job is worth, how many you can take, when your season starts. Specialists for each service you buy. They read every recommendation the software makes and decide what to do with it.

Their tools

  • Daily checks across every connected account
  • The portal you log in to
  • Drafting tools for ad copy, landing pages and email, tuned to your voice
  • Tracking that ties a call or a form back to the click that caused it

All of it built by Silver Leaf, for the marketers who run your account.

04 — Before anything ships Software drafts and recommends. A person approves. That order does not change.

Nothing reaches a customer unreviewed.

  • Ad copy and extensions
  • Landing pages
  • Emails and social posts
  • Budget and bid changes
  • Targeting changes
  • Tracking and tag changes
  • Anything sent to your customers
  • Anything a customer will see
05 — Onboarding It starts with your numbers, not your ad account.

What a job is worth

A tune-up and a replacement are not the same lead. We need the number for each.

Your close rate

How many leads become jobs. It turns cost per lead into cost per job.

Your capacity

How many jobs you can take this week. Past that, more leads are wasted money.

Your seasonality

When the phone rings on its own, and when it needs help. Spend follows the calendar.

We ask these four before we open your ad account. The answers decide where the money goes — and when to stop spending.

06 — The handoff Where our job ends and yours begins.

What Silver Leaf is accountable for, stage by stage.

Silver Leaf owns the lead, the call, the form and the booked appointment, and is accountable for the cost and quality of each. The client owns close rate, pricing, capacity and follow-up. Silver Leaf never promises a client's sales outcome.
StageSilver Leaf ownsYou own
Being foundRankings, citations in AI answers, ad placement and impressions.Nothing. This one is entirely ours.
The clickWhich searches and audiences we pay for, and what they cost.Nothing. This one is entirely ours.
The call or formThat it happens, that it is tracked, and what it cost to produce.Who answers the phone, and how fast.
The booked appointmentThat the lead is qualified and the appointment is on the calendar.Showing up, on time, prepared.
The saleNothing. We hand you a qualified opportunity.Close rate, pricing, terms, capacity.
The repeat customerReminders, email and campaigns that ask them back. The service that makes them want to come back.

If a lead did not happen, that is ours, and you will see why in the portal. What happens after the handoff — how it is answered, priced and followed up — is yours.

07 — How we measure The eight terms on every report.
Lead
A call or form submission from a person who could plausibly buy. Every one is recorded or logged and traced to the click that produced it.
Qualified lead
A lead that passed review: a real person, in your service area, asking about something you sell. Spam, wrong numbers and existing customers are excluded before anything is reported.
Booked appointment
A qualified lead that resulted in a time on your calendar. This is the last thing Silver Leaf is accountable for.
Cost per lead
Spend divided by qualified leads for the same period and channel. We do not report it against unqualified volume.
Cost per booked job
Spend divided by booked appointments. The number worth managing, because it accounts for lead quality. The same as cost per click × clicks per lead × leads per booked job.
Attribution
The record of which channel produced a lead. Where a source cannot be traced, we report a dash, never a guess: printing zero would claim it happened.
Matchback
Comparing your closed job list against campaign records to credit revenue that never touched a form — walk-ins, phone calls, offline media.
Offline conversion import
Sending outcomes from your CRM back to the ad platforms, so bidding optimizes toward jobs you actually booked rather than raw leads.

08 — Questions What owners ask on the first call.

Straight answers, before you fill in a form.

At Silver Leaf Agency: you connect your accounts, software we built checks every account every morning, anything that moved becomes a recommendation, a marketer on your account decides and acts, and you see the recommendation and the action in a live portal the same day.

Four numbers first — what a job is worth, your close rate, how many jobs you can take in a week, and your busy months. Then read access to your website and advertising accounts. We look before we touch.

A named account lead who knows your numbers, plus specialists for each service you buy. Software recommends and drafts; people decide and approve.

No. Software makes recommendations and drafts work. A person decides what to do and nothing reaches a customer without review.

You can see the work any time in the portal without asking. Beyond that, we tell you what changed when something material moves, and we send recommendations rather than waiting to be asked.

Silver Leaf owns the lead, the call, the form and the booked appointment, and the cost and quality of each. You own close rate, pricing, capacity and follow-up. We never promise your sales outcome.

Yes. Every account is in your name, and you keep the accounts and their history if we part ways.

We do not publish prices, because no two strategies are the same. Tell us about your business and we will send a written recommendation and a quote, free and with no obligation — including telling you if we are not the right fit.
