We don't publish prices. Here is exactly how a quote is built.

Silver Leaf Agency does not publish prices. Every engagement is quoted in writing after a conversation about what a job is worth to you, how many you can take, and what you have already tried. The quote separates our fee from media spend, lists what is included, and says plainly if we are not the right fit.

In short

  • Five things move the quote: job value and close rate, capacity and season, the channels needed, where your tracking and site stand today, and what media costs in your market.
  • Our fee and media spend are always separate lines. Media is paid to the platforms from accounts in your name.
  • The portal, the daily checks and a named marketer are included in every engagement, at any size.

01 — What changes the quote Five inputs. We ask about all of them before we write a number.

What determines what marketing costs for your business.

  1. What a job is worth, and how often you close

A $400 repair and an $18,000 system tolerate very different lead costs. Job value and close rate set the ceiling on everything else.

  2. How many jobs you can take, and when

Capacity and season decide how hard to push. Marketing that books work you cannot do is money spent on a customer you will call back in three weeks.

  3. Which channels the work needs

Search alone is a different engagement from search, Business Profile, a site rebuild and direct mail. We recommend the fewest channels that reach your buyer.

  4. Where tracking, site and Profile stand today

If calls and forms cannot be traced to a source, tracking comes first. A site that cannot be measured or a suspended Profile changes the first month of work.

  5. What media costs in your market

A click for "emergency plumber" costs more in one metro than another. Media cost is estimated per market and shown as its own line, never folded into our fee.

02 — What every quote separates Four lines, never blended.

What every Silver Leaf Agency engagement includes.

  • The client portal, with every channel reporting in leads, calls and booked jobs
  • Daily checks on every connected account
  • A named marketer who reviews every recommendation the day it is made
  • A written note in the portal for every change we make
  • Every account — ads, analytics, Business Profile — in your name, yours to keep
04 — Getting a quote One form, one number, one written answer.

Tell us about your business

The form or the phone, whichever you prefer. We ask what you sell, what a job is worth, how many you can take, and what you have tried.

We look before we quote

Your website, your Business Profile, and — with read access — your ad and analytics accounts. Read access is enough; we look before we touch.

A written recommendation and quote

What we would do, in what order, and what it costs, with the four lines separated. If we are not the right fit, that is in the letter too.

05 — Questions

Pricing questions, asked on most first calls.

It depends on what needs doing and how much media you buy. Agencies charge a flat monthly fee, a percentage of ad spend, or a mix, and the range across the industry is very wide. We quote a written fee per business after learning what a job is worth to you, how many you can take, and what you have already tried; media spend is always shown separately and paid to the platforms from accounts in your name.

Because a price without a plan is a guess, and a plan needs your numbers. A roofing company in one market and a manufacturer in another need different work. Publishing one number would be wrong for both.

No, and it never should be. Media is paid to Google, Microsoft, Meta, the printer or the post office from accounts in your name. Our fee is for people and platform, and the two lines are never mixed on a quote or an invoice.

Only when there is setup work — tracking that does not exist yet, a Business Profile that needs recovering, a site that cannot be measured. It is itemized on the quote so you can see what it buys.

Yes. Most clients start with one or two. Every service reports into the same portal, so adding one later does not mean starting over.

We say so in the written recommendation, and we say why — usually because the job value does not support paid media, or because a less expensive option will do the job. You keep the recommendation either way.

Tell us about your business. We'll tell you what we'd do.
